You must be 13+ to use the Bot. Under 18 requires parental permission. Use of the Bot means you agree to these Terms and Discord’s Terms of Service.

2. Bot Functionality & Use

Permitted: Stock alerts, history queries, weather info, and server setup.
Prohibited: Spam, harassment, reverse engineering, impersonation, overloading, or unauthorized data collection.
The Bot relies on third-party APIs — accuracy not guaranteed.

3. User Content & Settings

You are responsible for data/config you provide. Alerts depend on your setup; we’re not liable for missed pings or errors.

4. Intellectual Property

All Bot code, logo, and features belong to the founders. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use it ethically.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service is provided “as is” — we don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy, or bug-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages. Our total liability = $0.

7. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims/losses caused by your use of the Bot.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate access without notice for any reason, especially ToS violations.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. New versions replace old ones.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Data enables alerts, settings management, history logs, and spam prevention. Stored locally in SQLite, never for ads.

We don’t sell your info. Shared only with Discord, third-party APIs, or if required by law.

4. Security

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee 100% security.

5. Your Choices

Manage or delete your data with bot commands. Removing the Bot = revoking consent.

6. Children

Not for users under 13. If we find such data, it will be deleted.
